The members of our team have been an integral part of the intellectual property investigative and enforcement team for numerous world famous brand owners for over fourteen years. Our investigators have had the experience of conducting complex, large scale, multi-national investigations that have lead to the seizure of tens of millions of dollars worth of counterfeit merchandise. Our team also has the experience and “insight” to deal with smaller organized groups of counterfeiters.
Our team prides itself on conducting ongoing training for all of our team members to enhance our own expertise in order to serve our clients in the best way possible. Our team members all undergo voluntary up-to-date training to increase our knowledge and to enhance our product identification skills.

Members of the IC Team participated in hearings before the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs in 2005. The hearings dealt with the issue of how counterfeiting and piracy may be funding terrorist activities. Investigative Consultants was also asked to assist the California Chamber of Commerce in their efforts to change and enhance the California statute dealing with trademark counterfeiting.
